By using our website, including any purchasing of goods, you accept the following Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions, and contact us if you have any particular questions.
Due to the nature of svf collection’s concept, all our products are purely handcrafted and/or considered antique. This entails each and every product to be individual and no two pieces will be the same. Distinctive variations of patterns, fittings, colours, materials and textures are to be expected, and are also part of their individual beauty.
Once an order is placed and we have processed your payment, we will provide you with an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Please be aware that all of our prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars, include GST and are processed in Australian dollars only.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Afterpay.

Within Australia, we use Private Courier options as our method of delivery. Delivery costs under $150 are calculated based on the size, weight and location of your order. These costs are displayed during the checkout process online.
Online orders can only be shipped to the one address only.
All processed orders (after receiving your confirmation email and payment has been cleared) will be dispatched within 48 business hours. Please allow an additional 2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
For orders processed during Australian peak season, public holidays or school holidays, please allow an additional 1-2 days dependent on the couriers schedule.
Delays occurred by the Courier is a matter discussed with the Courier only. svf collection will not be held responsible for any delays that occur after dispatch. However, every order will have a tracking number and we will do our best to work with you and the courier in fast-tracking your order.
Tracking numbers are sent out via email or SMS (if requested), once we have dispatched the order. Your order can be tracked day by day, simply by entering these numbers into the tracking section on the couriers direct website, or by clicking on the "view your order" link on your confirmation email.
svf collection does not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after delivery to the address provided and once the item is deemed “Delivered” by the Courier.
Orders are unable to be redirected once dispatched.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes as they are too small to accept our sizeable products.
If an item is delivered to you with the packaging clearly damaged during transit, please take photos showing the damage and contact us immediately. We will then contact the Courier with the complaint of damage, and organise another order to be dispatch straight away. Any additional charges to send the pre-damaged goods back to svf collection will be fully refunded after goods have been received and receipt has been sighted.
Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing your order, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you will be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you at the correct address.

Change of Mind Policy
We want you to appreciate the handcrafted products you buy from us as much as we do. But in the chance you do change your mind, you have the option of returning it to us within 7 days of the date you received it, and we will issue you with a refund (less PayPal, Afterpay + Merchant fees) in the amount equal to the price you paid for the 'product' only. You will however be responsible for all shipping charges in order to return the product back to svf collection.
Returned items must be in as new condition. They must not have been used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered by any means. Please return the product in the same secure style packaging as it arrived. Any returns delivered back to svf collection damaged upon opening, will not be considered for the change of mind policy and a refund will not be applied.
All sale and discounted items are excluded from the change of mind returns policy.
svf collection will offer a refund on faulty or damaged items.
If you do notice that an item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please take photos clearly showing the damage and contact us immediately. The shipping cost to return a damaged or faulty item will be charge to svf collection.
svf collection reserves the right to refuse a return in any cases where we are not reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where the product is damaged due to prolonged wear and tear, misuse, failure to use appropriately or failure to take reasonable care.
CancellationsYou may cancel an order, or part of an order, after receiving the confirmation email but not after it has been dispatched by svf collection. If in this instance, you will receive an exchange or refund (less PayPal, Afterpay + Merchant fees) in the amount you paid for the product, including individual shipping charges.
Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. Please refer to our Returns heading for further information.
As we endeavour to send your order as quickly as possible, requests for cancellations need to be emailed through immediately after ordering.
